Technical Must Have Skills:
Proven Business Growth Experience
– Demonstrated success in generating new opportunities and exceeding sales objectives within the plastics sector.
Client Relationship Building & Negotiating
– Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of closing deals and maintaining high-value client relationships.
Industry and Market Insights
– Deep knowledge of market trends, competitive landscapes, and translating industry data into strategic initiatives.
PET Plastic Knowledge
– Familiarity with PET materials, their properties, applications, manufacturing standards, and compliance requirements.
Self-Driven & Strategic Thinking
– A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results through analytical problem solving and independent planning.
Technical Nice to Have Skills:
Technological Adaptability & Remote Working
– Comfortable using new tools and technology platforms in a flexible, entrepreneurial,
