Experteer Overview In this role you will provide legal support across Staff functions and Global Research & Development to enable strategic projects while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies. You will act as a business partner, guiding cross-functional initiatives and third?party collaborations in line with Chiesi's values and sustainability framework. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing R&D; and vendor agreements, as well as advising on regulatory and quality matters affecting development activities. This position offers exposure to global projects at a leading biopharma group and opportunities to shape governance and risk management. You will work closely with diverse teams.
Retribuzione / Benefits Legal support to Staff Functions (Finance, Global Procurement, HR, Global Communications & Public Affairs)
Drafting, negotiating, and managing R&D; and clinical/non-clinical study agreements
Legal advice on regulatory, quality, governance, and risk issues in R&D;




Support for sustainability collaborations and multi-stakeholder initiatives
Legal support for Paolo Chiesi Foundation projects
Provide legal assessment and risk evaluation for cross-functional projects
Engagement with clinical sites, investigators, and research partners
Stand?alone research initiatives and industry collaborations with pharma/academia
Line manager oversight in all activities
Responsabilità Master's Degree in Law
2–3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical company or leading international law firm
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong problem?solving abilities and risk assessment
Good communication and teamwork skills
