Process Engineer

Italian Speaking

Mirandola – 5 days per week on site

Activities:

- Execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) on medium-to-high complexity/automation-level equipment at suppliers (in Italy)
- Execution of SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) for the above-mentioned equipment
- Execution of process start-up and validation (OQ – PQ) and preparation of documentation in English (PVP, OQ, PQ, PVR) for the above-mentioned equipment
- Identification of process/equipment improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency
- Execution of root cause analysis
- Preparation of work instructions

Statistical skills (preferably using MINITAB):

- DOE (Design of Experiments)
- Process capability analysis (CpK, PpK)
- Gage studies
- t-test

Knowledge of main plastic processing technologies, for example:

- Bonding with single-component and two-component resins
- Ultrasonic welding
- Hydraulic leak testing
- Vision/measurement systems
