ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs a Category Platform Data Analyst, you enable data-driven decisions for Leather Goods, RTW, Shoes, Tannery, and Metal Hardware platforms. You will provide reliable data, analyses, and executive-ready insights to platform leadership and PMO, focusing on volume allocation, capacity, and supplier performance. Your work supports governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of platform data and reporting. This role combines analytics with cross-brand collaboration to drive operational efficiency and transparency. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliCollect and consolidate data inputs (volume requirements, allocations, capacity) /liliEnsure data accuracy and transparency across Brands and Categories /liliAnalyze volume allocation and capacity utilization, highlighting risks and deviations /liliReport capacity deviations to the Mutualized Production Assets Lead /liliProvide analytical views and scenario simulations for platform discussions /liliAnalyze supplier performance data across key KPIs /liliDevelop and maintain platform dashboards and KPI reporting (Power BI, Excel)



/liliPrepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for Platform governance /liliSupport PMO and procurement leads with structured data and insights /liliContribute to standardization of indicators, reporting logic, and data models /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and analytics /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliStrong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex data /liliProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; building dashboards and reports /liliExperience with recurring data cycles (monthly allocation, capacity monitoring, supplier tracking) /liliMaster’s degree in a quantitative field /liliPrevious experience in data analysis, operations analytics, supply chain, or consulting /liliAbility to translate data into business insights for senior stakeholders /liliDetail-oriented, reliable, with strong data discipline /liliProactive and collaborative in a multi-brand, matrix organization /liliCurious and able to learn in a complex operational modelFluent in Italian and English; French is a plus /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliStarting gross salary: 30 000 per year /liliAnnual premio opportunity /liliCompany canteen /liliWelfare initiatives /liliBenefits in line with national collective agreement /liliDiversity and inclusion commitment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
