ppbTXT e-Tech /b, a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a bTest Engineer /b, specialising in both software and hardware, to develop an automated test environment for the defence sector. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liRequirements analysis; /li liSpecification and design of test fixtures for microwave and digital video modules; /li liSoftware and hardware upgrades and implementation on existing automated test benches for equipment, boards and modules. /li /ul h3Required technical skills /h3 ul liAt least 5 years’ experience in software design; /li liKnowledge of the NI LabVIEW, Microsoft Visual Basic and C++ programming languages; /li liKnowledge of measurement equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, vector analysers, RF generators); /li liKnowledge of CAD software for modifying drawings and electrical schematics. /li /ul h3Optional technical skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of the Linux operating system; /li liExperience in the field of software testing; /li liKnowledge of PLM/WindChill. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
