Document Controller– Spain, Milan – Initial 5-Month Contract – Data Centres

What you'll do:
Proactive Document Controller or Project Administrator with a proven track record supporting large-scale construction or data centre projects
Responsible for managing commissioning documentation and ensuring all project records are accurately maintained and up to date
Supporting updates of project trackers, registers, and documentation control systems
Ensuring all commissioning documentation is correctly filed, controlled, and distributed in line with project requirements




Supporting the commissioning team with general administrative and coordination activities
What you'll need:
Degree in mechanical or electrical fields
Experience managing commissioning documentation and paperwork
Experience updating and maintaining project trackersEnsuring all documentation is correctly filed and controlled
Experience providing general administrative support to the commissioning team
Liaising with project stakeholders to ensure documentation is submitted on time
