Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the development and testing of electrical infrastructure, overseeing a scientific lab team and coordinating tests for new products and material improvements. You will collaborate with universities and internal/external stakeholders to align lab work with state?of?the?art practices and business needs. You ensure quality, safety, and compliant operations while delivering timely results. This position offers international collaboration and opportunities to advance high?voltage technology and laboratory leadership.

Serve as point of contact for internal/external clients and third parties to support high?quality service and communication
Promote and enforce safety protocols to protect people, equipment, and lab operations
Responsibilities Master in Electrical, Energy, Materials or Chemical Engineering, or in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry
At least 10 years of experience in test laboratories; PhD may be considered equivalent
In?depth knowledge of electrical insulating materials; experience planning and supervising electrical tests
Familiarity with laboratory assets used for electrical characterization; strong understanding of technical specifications and QHSE requirements
Proactive, precise, passionate about laboratory activities; flexible and collaborative; able to coordinate a team and deliver results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; decision?making, problem?solving, and ambitious mindset
Good to excellent spoken and written English
