Hotel Domani in Venice is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations department ensuring timely handling of inquiries and efficient operations within the PMS.
The role requires strong Opera PMS knowledge, at least two years in hospitality (luxury preferred), and fluency in Italian and English. You will work with the Revenue & Reservations team to optimize rates, ensure accurate billing, and support sales and events with inquiries and issues.
