Subsequently, as part of a multidisciplinary training path, the person will have the opportunity to become familiar with and further explore the activities of the other area as well, gaining a cross-functional understanding of the processes and skills that characterize both areas. This approach will help enhance the person’s potential and support comprehensive professional development within the Project Control Function. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Activities Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/ppemCost Control Junior Engineer /em /pullipreparation of the Project Original Budget analyzing in detail the data handed over by the Commercial Department; /lilidevelop the first revision of the cost production and cash-flow curves, to be subsequently monitored and updated throughout the duration of the project; /liliensure sufficient and autonomous knowledge of the necessary Company Tools to the role, such as Project Objects, SAP, other specific applications, /lilidevelop and maintain the Invoicing Procedure and the Invoicing Register according to the Contract provisions; /lilion a periodic basis assess the Accruals and the Estimate to Complete in terms of quantities and costs, evaluate the project forecasts in terms of revenues, costs and profitability evidencing any deviations versus the Original Budget, discuss the results with the Project Manager; /liliprepare/maintain and periodically issue, upon Project Manager’s approval, the “Periodical Reports” including the PSR (Project Status Report),



the Workload (monthly resource assignment), the Cash Flow; /liliguarantee proper interface with Company Financial and Administration Department; /liligrant a proactive approach as part of the Project Team oriented to the fulfillment of the project objectives. /li /ulpbr/ppemPlanning Junior Engineer /em /pullipreparation of the Project Baseline Schedule (lev. III) analyzing in detail the data handed over by the Commercial Department; /lilidevelop the first revision level IV schedule and progress curves, to be subsequently monitored and updated throughout the duration of the project; /liliensure sufficient and autonomous knowledge of the necessary Company Tools to the role, such as Oracle Primavera P6, e-DOT, WPI and other specific in-house applications /lilidevelop and maintain the Planning/Scheduling Procedure and Progress Measurement Procedure according to the Contract provisions; /liliprepare/maintain and periodically issue, upon Project Manager’s approval, the “Periodical Reports” including the W/MPR (Weekly/Monthly Progress Report), Monthly Schedule Update and other specific reports required by PM /liliguarantee proper interface with Project Management and Engineering Department through Engineering Manager and/or Discipline Leaders as appropriate; /liliMonitor project schedule progress and assist PM and PEM in scenario analysis for identifying potential delays or criticalities and support them in finding alternative solutions. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPersonal Attributes: /strong /ppbr/pulligood English language knowledge written and spoken; /lilihigh flexibility and teamwork attitude; /liliavailability to travel abroad and in Italy (possibility of Long-terms abroad assignments to follow all the construction Works); /lilidesire to work in an international context. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongContract Type and Classification /strong /pulliContract type: Professional Apprenticeship (36 month)
