pIn support to our Finance Team, we have great opportunity for young accounts professionals to be part of our global organization. Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for managing mainly on Accounts Payable supporting other finance related activities. And taking care of local statutory things for our growing Italy region. /ppbr / /ppstrongFinance support /strong /pulliReconcile and process vendor invoices for payment; br / /liliManaging and uploaded customer invoices and credit notes on SDI Portal; br / /liliSupport India Team for Customer invoices collection for non-payments; br / /liliVendor empanelment and creation in system; br / /liliRaise purchase requisition, purchase order and any related procurements matters; br / /liliVerification and check of all vendor/supplier invoices received upload to SAP Portal for further process; br / /liliPayments followup with India P2P Team to ensure that payments releases happen on or before its due date; br / /liliAssist in monthly/quarter books closure and annual audits; br / /liliParticipate andsupport process and systems improvement; br / /liliOther finance-related works and administrative support pertain to law of land taking care of statutory requirements required locally; br / /liliSupport local leadership team from Finance end; br / /liliMonthly submission of ISTAT questionnaires and completion of outstanding mandatory surveys, or coordination with local consultants to complete; br / /liliWorking supporting for RD tax credits in collaboration with our consultants/auditor.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPayroll /strong /pulliSupport Global Payroll Team (India) in terms of Employee Reimbursement queries, Corporate Credit Card etc /lili.Handle payroll data exchange between Global Payroll Function and Payroll vendors in Europe /lili.Nice to have: /li /ulpItaly Payroll related Acts/Norms/Procedures/Practices covering Taxes, Social Securities, Over Time, Insurance, Leave, Employer paid benefits, all other labour related aspects covering both Employee and Employer front. /ppbr / /ppstrong. /strong /ppstrongWork Experience /strong /pulliCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent or relevant work experience; br / /liliAt least two years of accounting experience and mainly in Accounts payable; br / and nice to have local compliance; br / /liliCandidate should know Italian, English language; br / /liliStrong work ethic and team player, High degree of professionalism, positive attitude, Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material, Decision maker, problem solving skills, and analytical skills, Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadline; br / /liliAbility to talk communicate with other stake holders and at various levels of management, escalation management, experience of working with cross functional team; br / /liliKnowledgeable in Microsoft Excel Outlook; br / /liliCollaboration working culture. /li /ulpbr / /ppCCNL: Commercio /ppSalary range: 25 - 35 k /p
