About the role

We are looking for a proactive
Accountant Trainee
to join our Finance Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a brilliant and organized individual ready to take on internship and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
The salary range for this role is €500 - €900 per month.
Your impact
Register and process incoming goods invoices (both Italian and foreign suppliers), with a focus on merchandise-related invoices in the passive cycle.
Handle service invoices when required.




Ensure accurate invoice entry based on supplier type, including major partners.
Support the end-to-end supplier management process, from invoice registration to payment proposal.
Monitor and manage the workflow of payments, assisting in the final stages of payment execution.
Collaborate with the team in reconciling supplier accounts and handling communications.
Assist in the maintenance and updating of internal records and financial documentation.
What you bring
High school Diploma, Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player attitude with good organizational abilities.
