Inside Lvmh is seeking a CRM Support Analyst to help develop our CRM strategy and strengthen client loyalty and engagement. You will assist the CRM Team in managing daily activities and interact with our Stores, HO teams and EMEA counterparts.
You will create reports and monitor CRM and clienteling performance, contribute to Clienteling initiatives and content to support retail activity, and provide data-driven insights to guide client events and business decisions.
