Position As an HR Recruiting Intern, you will receive on-the-job training and actively support recruitment activities across all the companies within the Group, with a primary focus on junior Engineering and Manufacturing profiles.
Working alongside the HR Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting Talent Attraction and Employer Branding initiatives. You will also assist in maintaining relationships with universities, technical institutes, high schools and other educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top technical and corporate talent;
Assist with job posting and CV screening;
Participate in recruitment interviews and candidate assessment activities;
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs;
Support the HR team in managing relationships with universities,



technical institutes and other educational institutions for Talent Attraction and Employer Branding initiatives;
Assist in the organization of Career Days, Recruiting Days and Employer Branding events;
Contribute to Talent Attraction initiatives and the promotion of the company's employer brand;
Maintain candidate databases and support HR reporting activities.

Other information Technical Requirements
Master's degree in Humanities, Psychology, Economics, or a Scientific discipline;
Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong analytical and data analysis skills;
Good command of the English language.
