pWe're looking for an: /ppbr / /ppstrongAftersales Technical Assistant (Level 2) /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongMISSION /strong /ppbr / /ppAs part of Stellantis' Technical Assistance team, the strongTechnical Assistance Specialist /strong provides remote strongsupport to dealers in diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues /strong on customer vehicles. /ppWorking closely with dealers, Country Technical Delegates, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers, the specialist plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction, service quality, and repair efficiency across the network. /ppThis position directly contributes to reducing workshop return rates, repair times, and overall customer costs. /ppbr / /ppstrongMAIN ACTIVITIES: /strong /ppbr / /pulliProvide expert strongremote support to dealers /strong on complex vehicle technical cases. /liliHandle and resolve strongtechnical assistance tickets /strong, ensuring timely and accurate responses. /liliUndertake field missions based on issue complexity, supporting dealers directly when required. /liliAssist Country Technical Delegates during assignments when Lead Assisters are unavailable. /liliMonitor open technical assistance cases globally (within assigned vehicle perimeter) to identify recurring issues and initiate discussions with the Assister Leader and Vehicle/Component Coordinators. /liliEnsure service continuity by managing tickets or activities for absent colleagues when needed.



/li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: /strong /ppbr / /pulliTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering /lilistrong3-5 years of experience /strong in a related technical field. /liliKnowledge of the strongemENGLISH language (at least B1/B2 level) - Required /em /strong /liliSolid practical and theoretical knowledge of automotive technology. /liliStrong analytical and reporting abilities. /liliExperience using strongdiagnostic tools /strong (e.G., Diagbox, WiTech) and interpreting wiring diagrams. /liliStrong customer focus and cost awareness. /liliExcellent organizational and coordination skills within cross-functional teams. /liliEffective communicator — both written and verbal — with strong interpersonal skills. /liliSelf-motivated and able to manage time and priorities independently. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOFFER /strong /pullistrongSalary range: from €34.000 to €38.000 /strong, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongemPlease, submit your CV in English language. /em /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppLocation: Rivalta di Torino /p
