Overview Menarini’s Global Compliance Department is a trusted partner in promoting and supporting an ethical work environment and a culture of compliance with the ultimate aim to pursue Menarini Group’s mission and protect its reputation.
Menarini’s Global Compliance Department pursues its mission through designing Compliance Programs and facilitating their implementation and oversight, through education, advice and monitoring, thereby enabling a risk-informed decision making and supporting employees to make the right decisions, also from a data privacy perspective.
Main Activities & Responsibilities As a member of the Corporate and Italy Compliance team, you will contribute in the design and implementation of Compliance Programs of Menarini Divisions (Pharma, Diagnostics and Oncology), including 231 Compliance Programs for Menarini Group’s Italian Entities.
In detail, you will support Corporate Compliance Manager in:
Reviewing contracts and other related documents to satisfy ethical compliance provisions and self-regulation (Trade Association Codes) for all Italian Entities
Managing of compliance projects, including reporting, presentations, analysis and status update related to any compliance initiative and project for the Management
Drafting and reviewing Policies, SOPs, and other related documents in alignment with internal requirements and external relevant regulations (e.g. FCPA, UK Bribery Act, etc.) and Trade Association Codes (e.g. IFPMA,



EFPIA, etc.)
Updating and enhancing any Menarini’s “Compliance Program pursuing D. Lgs. 231/01”, and any other statutory healthcare and anti-corruption compliance requirement
Designing, developing and delivering compliance training modules
Job Requirements Qualifications:
Master’s degree with further studies and/or specialisation in Compliance with Business Ethics;
Postgraduate studies or certifications in Ethics Compliance are a plus;
Work experience in Compliance with Business Ethics.
Skills and Knowledge:
Pharmaceutical sector knowledge is a plus
Self-starter, hands-on, effective communicator
Very well organized, objective oriented, time and priority management
Proactive, flexible and easy to adapt to changing priorities
Team player
Presentation skills and familiarity with the most common Office IT applications
High integrity and confidentiality
Languages:
Fluent written and spoken English and Italian are mandatory
The selected candidate will be employed under Category B in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 42.000,00 and Eur 44.000,00, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
