6-months internship starting in April 2025
Your tasks:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process;
- Support monthly Payroll process;
- Provide support in all employee lifecycle activities;
- Contribute to Learning & Development activities;
- Support with reporting activities and manage digital People Database;
- Manage Internal Communication initiatives.

- Organizational capacity & priority management
- Relationship builder - Strong interpersonal and communication skills: building relationships, ability to listen, and communicate clearly
- Able to manage confidential information with proper discretion
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Curious, proactive,
and highly motivated to learn
- Fluent in Italian and English spoken and written
