pSenior Data Engineer – Azure | Milan, Italy /ppWe are looking for a strongSenior Data Engineer /strong to join our Information Systems Digital team in Milan. In this role, you will design and implement scalable cloud data solutions, supporting business-critical initiatives in an international consulting environment. /ppYour responsibilities /pulliDesign, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using strongAzure Data Factory /strong. /liliBuild and maintain modern data architectures on the Microsoft Azure platform. /liliDevelop and manage ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources. /liliDesign and optimize data models for analytical and reporting purposes. /liliManage Azure data services, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Lake Storage. /liliEnsure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across cloud environments. /liliMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to improve performance and reliability. /liliCollaborate with data analysts, BI developers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions. /liliSupport the implementation of data integration best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data platform. /liliProduce technical documentation and mentor junior team members when required. /li /ulpYour profile /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). /liliAt least strong5 years of experience /strong as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. /liliStrong hands-on experience with strongMicrosoft Azure /strong, particularly:
