Experteer Overview In this role you will lead technical project activities for aerospace-related production, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and internal functions. You will define and manage work cycles, instructions, and process procedures, while analyzing and optimizing production times, costs, and repeatability. You will design and industrialize process equipment and manage aeronautical documentation, including BOMs and drawings, translating customer requirements into actionable specs. You will support industrialization and product/process approvals, and lead technical meetings and reviews with a structured project management approach. Retribuzione / Benefits Technical coordination of project activities and acting as the customer-facing liaison with production, quality, and purchasing
Preparation, updating and management of work cycles, operating instructions and process procedures
Analysis and optimization of working times and production processes for efficiency, cost, and repeatability
Design and industrialization of process equipment (fixtures, jigs, tooling)
Technical management of aeronautical documentation (BOMs and drawings)
Interpretation and translation of customer specifications
Support to product/process approval activities (FAI, industrialization)
Direct customer interface for technical alignment, requirements management and project progress
Support during industrialization phases and fine-tuning of production processes
Manage technical meetings, process/design reviews and follow-up with a structured project management approach
Responsabilità Excellent knowledge of CATIA and/or SolidWorks and/or Solid Edge
Strong MS Word and Excel proficiency
Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (SAP)
Knowledge of aeronautical manufacturing processes and industrialization workflows
Experience in regulated environments (quality, traceability, documentation)
Proficient English (spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Structured, results-focused approach with strong prioritization
Ability to link technical, production and customer perspectives
Autonomy and accountability with end-to-end process view
