Experteer Overview

In this role you will design and deliver end-to-end, scalable banking platforms while staying hands‑on with implementation and code reviews. You will drive architectural decisions, set standards, and orchestrate AI‑enabled solutions at scale within a regulated environment. The position blends solution design with delivery, emphasizing cloud‑native, microservices, and event‑driven architectures on GCP. You will partner with business and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions that accelerate value delivery.

- Design distributed systems using microservices, REST APIs, and event‑driven approaches
- Incorporate AI capabilities (LLMs, agentic frameworks, AI tooling) and orchestrate multi‑agent workflows




- Champion cloud‑native delivery aligning with GCP strategy, DevSecOps, and SDLC
- Bridge business and technology by translating requirements into pragmatic solutions
- Drive engineering excellence using Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence)

Responsabilità

- 7-12 years in software architecture and engineering with hands‑on delivery
- Banking/financial services experience with transactional systems and regulatory context
- Deep expertise in Java and REST APIs, microservices, event‑driven architectures
- Understanding of AI landscape: LLMs, prompts, agents, RAG, AI orchestration
- Experience leveraging AI tooling to accelerate delivery and automate workflows
- Solid experience with relational and non‑relational databases
