Chief Stewardess – Private/Charter 49m M/Y
We are looking for an experienced and professional Chief Stewardess to join a busy 49m private/charter motor yacht. The vessel is looking for a strong leader with excellent service standards, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate an interior team in a fast-paced environment.
Start date: ASAP
Itinerary: Italy / Mediterranean
Package: Salary paid in Euros, DOE, 60 days’ leave
Experience/Skills required: Minimum 2 seasons’ experience as Chief Stewardess on 40m+ yachts
Previous private and charter experience essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
High-level service, housekeeping, and laundry standards
Excellent organisation and inventory management abilities
Confident with guest interaction and able to remain calm under pressure
Positive attitude and hands‑on approach within a team environment
Qualifications required: STCW (fully updated)
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
Food hygiene certification (valid)
Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
