Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end production and project management of marketing campaigns for Netflix titles in Italy, collaborating with global and local teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and creative excellence. You'll partner with in-house and external producers across AV, print and digital to orchestrate campaigns for local and international titles. The position emphasizes fast-paced, solution-focused leadership and cross-functional alignment, shaping how stories reach audiences. This is a visibility-rich role with impact across marketplaces and campaigns.
Benefits Manage production and delivery of multiple campaign assets and activations for local and international titles
Partner with marketing managers on creative development, offering production guidance and innovative solutions
Oversee end?to?end production for campaigns including shoots, activations, AV, and asset creation
Lead agency/vendor relationships, scope of work, budgets and timelines
Ensure quality standards and brand/creative integrity per Netflix guidelines
Drive production excellence across channels (Social, Digital, OOH, Experiential)
Coordinate integrated campaigns across online/offline media and formats




Plan campaign production timelines, budgets and resources, and maintain cross?functional communication
Identify opportunities to improve production processes and tracking
Maintain vendor networks and manage stakeholder expectations across Italy, EMEA and Global
Responsabilità 8+ years in marketing creative production and project management
Experience in entertainment industry; international experience a plus
Strong understanding of Italian and global advertising/media landscape
Track record of managing high?profile local and global campaigns
Expert knowledge of campaign localisation workflows (AV, Print, Digital)
Fluent in Italian and English
Excellent communication and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinker
Proactive, fast, flexible problem?solver with strong time/resource management
Innovative, solution?oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast?paced, high?ambiguity environment
