About the Role – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with client stakeholders to set the technical vision and drive solution shape for their Microsoft CRM technology stack.
What you'll do
Lead and mentor a technical team, providing guidance across development tasks and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with business needs – creates and modifies entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
Oversee code version control using Bitbucket and ensure collaboration and code review practices.
Develop and maintain CRM plugins and workflows to automate business processes.
Use XRM Toolbox to support configuration and productivity enhancements.
Apply Azure DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
Package and deploy CRM solutions across environments with proper versioning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver technology projects across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution within a regional delivery model.




Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations.

About the Role – Databricks Data Engineer
We are seeking experienced Databricks Data Engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows on Azure Databricks for advanced analytics and data engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Apache Spark.
Build and maintain Databricks notebooks with PySpark for data preparation, transformation, and enrichment.
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to understand data requirements and deliver clean, structured datasets.
Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring mechanisms.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including structured, semi?structured, and unstructured formats.
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with banking regulations.
Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost?efficiency.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

About the Role – Project Delivery Lead
As a Project Delivery Lead, you will drive the end?to?end delivery of large?scale Microsoft implementations across Southeast Asia.



The role combines strategic delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical oversight to ensure high?quality outcomes within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
Interpret and manage contractual obligations to maintain alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations.
Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client?specific needs.
Engage confidently with CXO and senior stakeholders, managing escalations and building long?term client relationships.
Apply technical expertise in Microsoft projects (preferably in MS Fabrics, Power Platforms, MS Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM) to challenge and guide delivery teams.
Contribute to architecture and integration discussions and drive informed solution decisions.
Lead cross?functional teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum, especially in high?pressure environments.
Navigate and manage projects across Southeast Asia, adapting to regional nuances and diverse client expectations.
Leverage AI capabilities within the SDLC to enhance delivery efficiency and innovation where applicable.
Manage commercially sensitive fixed?price projects end?to?end, ensuring strong governance across scope, change management, planning, scheduling, financial tracking, risk identification, and quality delivery.
Drive results and continuous improvement in ambiguous or unstructured environments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes.
