As Sales Capabilities Manager, you will design and steer Costa's global sales training ecosystem, elevating Cruise Experts into storytelling ambassadors who articulate our USPs and boost conversion and revenue. You'll lead a multilingual training team across markets, collaborating with cross?functional stakeholders to align training with sales goals. You'll drive data?informed improvements to training paths and measure impact on commercial performance. This is a strategic, impact?oriented role with global scope and a clear mission to transform how we train and enable front?line sales teams.

Design and evolve the global Sales Capabilities strategy and training frameworks
Plan and supervise cross?market training activities ensuring consistency and timely delivery
Align training programs with revenue forecasts, sales strategies, and market needs using data inputs
Monitor training effectiveness with KPIs, surveys, and performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with Team Leaders, Managers, and international stakeholders to ensure alignment and high?quality standards
Contribute to innovative training solutions,



including development of e?learning platforms and data?driven insights using tools like Power BI
Responsabilità
Ten years of experience managing international training teams in a global company
Strong academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Marketing, or Communication
Proven experience designing global training strategies and managing cross?market execution
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and KPI monitoring
Experience building e?learning platforms from scratch and designing training paths
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI preferred
Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus
Proactive, resilient, and impactful leadership; willingness to travel
