About the Role
As a Beauty Advisor and valued member of the Rende team, you will excel in this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Responsibilities
Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: making them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
Build strong client relationships and deliver client?centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.
Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating, and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Requirements
Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant),



preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
Empathy and dynamism.
Results?oriented mindset.
Aptitude for teamwork.
