As Optimization Products & Services Manager, you drive sustainability by turning data into actionable optimization solutions for industrial operations. You’ll lead an audit-driven business to cut CO2, boost energy efficiency, and improve air quality, while expanding offerings like Airnet and Energy Recovery. You’ll guide a cross-functional team, promote digital transformation, and align with Atlas Copco’s values to deliver measurable environmental impact and growth.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Develop and grow the audit business delivering state-of-the-art reports for sustainability improvements
- Provide energy optimization recommendations based on audits using existing and new services/products (Airnet, Air Optimizer, Energy Recovery, Smart Airnet)
- Identify opportunities to recover energy, reduce water use, and improve air quality across operations
- Leverage connectivity and CRM (C4C) to manage the sales process and customer relationships
- Foster continuous learning and adoption of new technologies and sustainable solutions within the team
- Contribute to divisional targets for organic profitable inclusive growth and customer satisfaction
- Promote digital transformation and a Smartlink culture in indirect channels and with distributors/end users
- Set ambitious, fair targets, and drive the team to achieve sales goals
- Encourage collaboration across teams to drive culture change and innovation, upholding Atlas Copco values
Responsabilità
- Engineering degree or technical background in the industrial sector
- Knowledge of the Italian energy market, regulatory mechanisms, and trends for industrial sector
- Experience in B2B sales (a plus)
- Experience in team management (a plus)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work with multiple teams to drive culture change and innovation externally and internally
