Laboratory Test and Measurement Development Engineer (H/F)

Main Activities

- Define and implement the most appropriate testing resources and measurement methods. Identify and manage subcontractors where required.
- Collaborate with internal or external experts in scientific or technological fields to integrate new technological testing devices within the Laboratory, using a PDCA/DMAIC approach: specifications, risk assessment, training, capability study and validation.
- Independently perform measurements and conduct tests, including endurance tests, climatic tests and other qualification tests. Plan testing requests in compliance with customer specifications and deadlines.
- Identify and diagnose non-conformities, and analyze the root causes of failures.
- Write test reports in English.
- Implement new experimental protocols to support the Design Offices, according to the assigned scope.

YOUR STRENGHTS

Bachelor’s degree to Master’s degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant field such as physical measurement, instrumentation or a related discipline.
