Experteer Overview

In this role, you will drive cost estimation, control, and planning within the Procurement team to keep products competitive. You will collaborate with R&D; and CM to guide cost reduction initiatives and standardize cost processes. You’ll own cost tables, should-cost analyses, and RFQ inputs, influencing decisions across departments. This role sits at the intersection of cost science and product development, shaping value-driven outcomes for the business.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Contribute to target cost definition
- Lead technical cost reduction activities in collaboration with R&D; and CM
- Prepare cost planning and align it with targets
- Assign and monitor Value Analysis actions with R&D;/CM/SE
- Create RFQ standard formats for input to cost tables
- Build and maintain Cost Tables for Should Cost Analysis
- Drive Teardown Cost Analysis for competitor BOM costs

Responsabilità

- Degree in Engineering (technological focus)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 3–5 years in Cost Engineering or in R&D; as a mechanical designer
