Overview

In this Senior Product Manager role, you will drive the regional strategy and execution for AiBLE, UNiD, and Biologics within the Cranial & Spine Technologies unit, aligning them into a cohesive ecosystem. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into value propositions and go‑to‑market plans that support surgeon adoption and hospital decisions. The role blends strategy, launches, and portfolio optimization with on‑the‑ground commercialization across Western Europe. Responsibilities

- Define and drive integrated strategy for AiBLE, UNiD and Biologics to ensure portfolio coherence
- Translate clinical, market and competitive insights into actionable product direction and roadmap inputs
- Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution, including launches and sales enablement
- Build and operationalize clinical, economic and portfolio value propositions to support adoption and access
- Provide strategic input on pricing,



contracting and market access decisions
- Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Marketing, Medical, R&D;, Education, Supply Chain and Finance
- Monitor adoption, utilization and portfolio mix; drive optimization to improve ROI

Requirements

- Significant experience in MedTech commercial roles (product management, strategic marketing or sales) with regional/global exposure
- Mandatory Spine and/or Enabling Technologies experience (navigation, robotics, digital solutions or connected ecosystems)
- Experience in product marketing/management with launches, GTM strategies, key account management and complex deal cycles
- Ability to translate clinical, technical and commercial inputs into clear value propositions and business decisions
- Proven cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence in a matrix organization
- Fluency in English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
