Administrative Specialist

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and results-oriented professional with:

- Experience : At least 5 years in administrative roles.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Technical skills : Experience in budget management, accounts receivable and payable, and international contracts.
- Languages : Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Tools : Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and knowledge of Power BI for analysis and reporting.
- Precision : Attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks in an organized manner.
- Team player : Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork.
- Results-oriented : Focus on achieving company goals and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset : Ability to transform data into useful business insights.

Responsibilities

- Data Production and Analysis : Use advanced Excel, Power BI,



and the ERP system to analyze financial and operational data, creating clear and detailed reports.
- Administrative documentation : Ensuring accuracy in document management and compliance with tax and administrative deadlines.
