Product & Proposition Manager — Open Banking & Verification (Maternity Cover)

This is a fixed‑term contract role focused on end‑to‑end ownership of product development, from concept to go‑to‑market, working with diverse global teams. The position requires a solid understanding of client needs, building business cases, managing product roadmaps, and scaling solutions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- +4 years of product and business management or consultancy experience in data, lending, FinTech, analytics or SaaS.
- Experience with innovation and technology, strong knowledge of product management for integrated, data‑driven platforms and SaaS.
- Transform ideas into products and services, managing all aspects of product design through go‑to‑market and engaging with clients.
- Observe new trends,
monitor competitors and benchmark high‑tech solutions to develop viable business cases and monetization strategies, focusing on the finance market.
- Work with clients, partners and suppliers—internal and external to the organization.
- Availability to travel.
- Fluent in English and Italian (speaking and writing); knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Strong technical expertise with API‑based platforms, analytics, machine learning and AI.
- Programming knowledge (Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS) and visualization tools is appreciated.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and differentiate products.
Salary range: €52,100–€67,750 annual gross.
National collective agreement applied: "CCNL Metalmeccanico".
