In this role you will manage local media and advertising to drive performance, aligning with global and regional strategies. You will own the local budget, coordinate with global teams, and monitor KPIs to optimize results across channels. You’ll contribute market insights to the global strategy and supervise media agencies and loyalty programs. This position blends cross‑functional collaboration with data‑driven marketing to elevate brand presence in Italy.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Define and manage the local Media & Advertising budget across channels (TV, digital, DM) and forecast in collaboration with global/region teams
- Oversee the overall advertising budget for efficiency and strategic alignment
- Be accountable for country Media & Advertising results and ensure delivery per plan
- Lead marketing performance management across channels and report KPIs (leads, traffic, awareness)
- Provide market-specific insights to influence global strategy
- Coordinate media agencies following Global Agency strategy
- Manage local loyalty programs: mechanics, briefs, CRM activities




- Monitor and optimize performance of external suppliers for quality and timeliness
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with regional/global teams to maximize impact

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years in media planning, performance analysis, or advertising
- Proven budget management and agency coordination experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- PowerBI knowledge
- Strong data‑driven mindset and understanding of marketing performance metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
- Proactive, collaborative, and hands‑on approach
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross‑functional environments
