Experteer Italy is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to perform end-to-end procurement for Hiab. The role focuses on cost reduction and improving total cost of ownership. You will lead negotiations and collaborate with teams to ensure supply continuity.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in sourcing within a global, multi-site company and excellent negotiation skills. The position offers a salary range of 55k-65k gross annually, as well as growth opportunities in a flexible and employee-focused environment.
