Position

Junior Associate – Employment and Incentives Practice, Milan Office.

Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on employment, pension, and labour law matters.
- Draft and review employment contracts, remuneration structures, works council communications, and union correspondence.
- Assist in managing processes and communication flows between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, advising international and Italian clients on employment issues.
- Prepare support for high‑value executive termination cases and contentious work matters.
- Contribute to transaction‑related employment law advice.
- Support the development and use of legal‑tech tools and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Graduate from an Italian university with high academic grades; list of exams may be provided.
- Profound desire to work within an international, excellence‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).




- Open to using and developing legal tech tools; innovation mindset.
- Previous internship experience at a law firm is a plus.
- High level of accuracy, flexibility, and team orientation.
