You will join our dynamic O&M; team who currently operate around 75 MW of PV capacity in Italy, including a BESS project, with plans to continue expanding the portfolio. Your contribution to the energy transition
As Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth of the company's Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) portfolio within the utility?scale solar PV sector. The role focuses on identifying and securing new O&M; contracts, building strong relationships with asset owners and investors, and promoting value?added service offerings.
Key duties include
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M; portfolio for utility?scale solar plants
Build and maintain relationships with asset owners, IPPs and investors
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M; proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs
Lead contract negotiations and close O&M; service agreements
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to define competitive service offerings
Support project handover from O&M; Sales to execution of O&M; contracts
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross?selling opportunities within existing accounts
Stay updated on regulatory, technological and market developments in the solar PV sector

You impress us with these qualifications:




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or equivalent) or Business with strong technical exposure.
3–7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B environments (energy, services, industrial or similar sectors)
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline and close deals against targets
Strong commercial mindset with experience in client acquisition and relationship management
Previous experience in solar PV or O&M; is not mandatory, but interest in renewable energy is a plus
High motivation to quickly learn the utility?scale PV O&M; business and market dynamics in Italy
Willingness to develop technical understanding through hands?on exposure and internal training
Results?oriented and self?driven, with a strong hunter mentality
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to engage with different stakeholders (technical and non?technical)
Structured approach to pipeline management and opportunity tracking
Fluency in Italian and English
Availability to travel within Italy
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, "build?from?scratch" attitude
Valid driver's license.
