Experteer Overview In this role you will lead project execution for installation programs, ensuring contract technical requirements, delivery timeliness, quality, and profitability. You act as the main client-facing interface, coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to safeguard margins and customer satisfaction. You drive proactive risk management, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with both company standards and regulatory guidelines. You will work across engineering, operations, procurement, and finance to deliver on-time handovers and measurable project performance. This is a hands?on, cross?functional role that shapes how Vertiv delivers complex installation projects for a?
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage installation projects across Vertiv products and local activities
Be the single point of contact for the customer for delivery quality, documentation, and site activities
Produce project-specific documents (drawings, manuals) and attend testing/validation visits as required
Oversee suppliers and subcontractors on client sites; participate in client site meetings and deliveries
Prevent project issues by identifying risks and coordinating solutions with other functions
Monitor budgets,



delivery margins, and engineering team efficiency; coordinate with Purchasing for cost control
Coordinate shipping, client/consultant communication, and subcontractor activities to meet client expectations
Ensure site works are performed safely and efficiently with Service Operations teams
Maintain and manage project documentation, reports, and certifications
Support revenue forecasting, status reporting, and variation monitoring
Ensure compliance with Vertiv and local regulations, ITC program requirements
Interface with customers, suppliers, designers, and internal teams to sustain long?term relationships
Responsabilità Engineering degree (preferred)
Experience in managing value-added contracts (M&E;)
Experience in subcontractor negotiation and management
Experience in data center applications
Commercial skills and ability to interpret specifications, contracts, and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communications; strong organizational and time management
AutoCAD knowledge (preferred)
MS Office, MS Project, and Oracle knowledge
English fluency
