We are currently looking for a Mid Client Manager to join our team!
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and manage healthcare communication projects, overseeing all phases from the initial brief through to final delivery.
- Responsible for the development and successful execution of all projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Clearly communicate with stakeholders, scheduling deadlines, writing briefs and executing other supervisory activities;
- Being the pointof contact with cross-functional agency teams (Account, Science, Creative, Production, Digital, and Strategy) to ensure all deliverables meet The Bloc’s quality standards and client expectations, scheduling internal deadlines and executing other supervisory activities, ensuring that team actions remain in synergy;
- Define the project plan and coordinates the internal and external professionals (suppliers, freelancers, third parties);
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables,
communicate clearly to the team and provide proper materials/documentation;
- Support the B.Director in complex projects;
- Proactively manage critical issues, identifying solutions and corrective actions;
- Regularly communicate with clients, building day-by-day effective relationships with them.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a structured international environment or a healthcare communications agency.
- Strong ability to plan and coordinate activities involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
What we offer:
- Salary range: € 32.000 – € 38.000 gross annual salary (the compensation package will be determined after the interview process, based on the candidate’s experience and seniority). xlwpduy
- Contract Type: Employment contract regulated under the Italian CCNL Commercio, Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (H011).
- Benefits: daily meal vouchers (€8,00) and health insurance.
- Hybrid work policy (2 days per week in office, 3 days working remotely)
