In this role you will draft, negotiate, and finalize complex clinical site contracts for sponsor-driven trials, ensuring timely data entry and adherence to timelines. You will act as the main liaison between CBO, GCO, Legal, sites, and vendors to manage contracting lifecycles. The position demands fast-paced execution with strong prioritization and issue communication. Your work supports compliant, value-aligned agreements that enable trial progress and site partnerships. Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and amendments with sites
Manage contract budgets and ensure cost calculations align with protocol and site agreements
QC final contracts and budgets and initiate signature processes
Deliver contracts within timelines and ensure FMV compliance
Serve as primary contact between CBO, GCO, Legal, sites, and external providers
Maintain country/site intelligence and tailor contract processes accordingly
Forecast and track fully executed contract dates and communicate risks
Update contract templates with CM and BeiGene Legal; contribute to Legal Playbook updates
Coordinate with IPM to ensure site contracts are approved and executed per policies




Ensure legal/DM approvals precede execution and translate contracts as needed
Maintain ongoing communication with site personnel and internal partners throughout lifecycle
Prepare amendments, notes to file, and related documents
Escalate issues and delays to stakeholders as needed
Participate in investigator site and project meetings and maintain CMS records
Handoff to project/payment team after execution of final documents
Clinical trial contracting and budgeting experience in pharma/CRO/vendor (3+ years)
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and business skills
Knowledge of ICH‑GCP and regulatory guidelines
Understanding of clinical contracting processes and operational practices
Experience with financial planning, budget management, and fair market value concepts
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline‑driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (and local language where applicable)
Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of handling ambiguity and change
