DT Business Analyst Supply Chain – Aftersales

What you will do

You will support the Aftersales department within the Supply Chain team through a significant transformation, translating business requirements into innovative solutions for processes and systems. You will work with the DT Business Partner and stakeholders, and act as project manager for implementing agreed changes in current and future applications. You will promote business efficiency analysis, propose digitization projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure all phases of the digital transformation are delivered timely, cost‑effectively, and flawlessly.

Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze business requirements.
- Support users in formalizing requirements, addressing solutions, and designing processes from a DT perspective.
- Manage and lead specific tasks or streams within a project: collect requirements, identify phases, monitor progress, train users, and support production operations.
- Support users in project activities, testing new functionalities, and coordinating AMS team support.
- Collaborate with other DT areas to deliver solutions.
- Engage with third parties/suppliers, validate solutions, and monitor activities, planning, costs, and due dates.

What you need to succeed

- Experience or knowledge of main supply‑chain processes, preferred in the home‑appliance industry.
- Basic knowledge of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes in Planning, Production, Procurement (Direct/Indirect) and integration with Sales, Logistics,



and Finance.
- Proven experience with external planning systems and vendor‑portal collaboration usage or implementation.

Qualifications

- Education: Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology.
- Professional experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar position in multinational or consulting firms, preferably in high‑industrial‑complexity sectors with advanced IT environments.
- Languages: Fluent Italian & English.

Soft & Technical Skills

- Good project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑starting attitude.
- Comfortable working in small and large teams.
- Flexibility to adjust priorities when business needs change.
- Basic knowledge of repetitive manufacturing.
- Basic know‑how on SAP modules such as MM, PP and integration with SD, LE‑TRA, FI‑CO (nice to have).

Other

Willing to travel both domestically and internationally according to project needs.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Permanent contract, full‑time.

National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati.

Minimum Gross Annual Salary: €50,000.

Variable incentive scheme based on predefined performance objectives (KPIs) may be offered.
