Amazon Shipping is seeking a FTC Program Manager to lead operational programs across first mile, middle mile and last mile. You will partner with AMZL/ATS teams to improve processes, monitor KPIs, and drive rapid scaling of new operating solutions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Lean/DMAIC knowledge, and experience with data-driven process improvement. Travel within the EU is required, and fluency in English is essential.
