Ferrero International S.A. is looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance across the plant. You will drive production targets, foster a strong safety culture, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage the Production Master Plan, drive continuous improvement with 5S, Kaizen and SMED, lead multidisciplinary teams, and monitor KPIs, Capex, and costs to sustain excellence. Advanced English communication is required.
