Head of Talent Development & Employer Branding

As Head of Talent Development & Employer Branding, you lead a cross‑functional HR discipline focused on developing people and shaping Sephora’s external and internal employer narrative. You will steer L&D;, internal comms, and employer branding to align with the company vision, adapting HQ guidelines to the Italian market. You’ll design talent development strategies, drive engagement initiatives, and foster a culture of empowerment and inclusivity. - Lead and manage a multi‑vertical team (L&D;, Internal Communication, Employer Branding)
- Create annual strategy aligned with company vision and business needs
- Adapt European HQ guidelines to local context
- Design L&D; programs tailored to country needs




- Develop Talent Development strategy linking HR functions
- Formulate Employer Branding strategy and stakeholder relationships
- Deploy company communications on LinkedIn and internal channels
- Plan internal communications for Retail and Corporate populations
- Design well-being initiatives to boost employee experience and engagement
- Coordinate educational actions and messaging to ensure coherence
- Organize motivating events with HRBP
- Drive continuous innovation in HR approaches
- Negotiate cross‑department needs with sustainability considerations
- Act as ambassador of company values and culture
- Ensure equal opportunity and inclusive environment
- Proven experience as Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding or similar
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and information sharing
- Good organizational awareness
- Positive attitude toward change management
