SYSTRA is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate technical and economic proposals for public and private tenders at national and international levels. Reporting to the Tender Department Manager, you will drive the proposal lifecycle end-to-end.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, internal experts, and external partners, contributing to high-quality, compliant submissions and competitive bids with rigorous cost analysis and MEAT evaluations.
