As a Category Platform Data Analyst at Kering, you will support Category Platforms (Leather Goods, RTW, Shoes, Tannery, Metal Hardware) by delivering reliable data, robust analyses, and clear performance insights. You will collaborate with platform leadership to guide data-driven discussions on allocation, capacity, and supplier performance. This role emphasizes analytical support and data quality over procurement execution. You will contribute to platform governance and continuous improvement, shaping how cross-brand data informs decisions across platforms.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Collect and consolidate Brand data inputs including volume requirements and capacity information
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across Brands and Categories
- Analyze volume allocation and capacity utilization to identify risks and bottlenecks
- Report capacity deviations to the Mutualized Production Assets Lead and support decision-making
- Develop analytical views and scenario simulations for platform discussions
- Analyze supplier performance data to support monitoring and tracking
- Develop and maintain platform dashboards and KPI reporting (Power BI/Excel)
- Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for Platform governance
- Support PMO and procurement leads with structured data and insights
- Contribute to standardization of indicators, reporting logic, and data models across Platforms
- Support continuous improvement to enhance data quality and analytical effectiveness
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and synthesize complex data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; able to build dashboards and reports
- Experience with recurring data cycles (monthly allocation, capacity monitoring, supplier tracking)
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Experience in data analysis, operations analytics, supply chain, or consulting
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, structured, reliable, with strong data discipline
- Proactive and collaborative in a multi-brand, matrix organization
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
