Warman O'Brien in Lombardy is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to drive biometrics and data sciences programs across Phase I–IV trials and Medical Affairs evidence generation. You will lead operational planning, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, QA, IT, and Medical Affairs.

This strategic role requires 7+ years in biometrics or clinical research, CRO oversight, and strong data science or statistics background.
