In this role you support mid-market M&A; execution in Italy, working within the Corporate Advisory team in Milan. You will help with transaction execution, pitching, and market analysis, building financial models and marketing materials. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive timely, accurate deal support. You join a global bank that aims to be the primary partner for clients, delivering value across Corporate, Private, Investment, and Asset Management businesses. This is an opportunity to shape midsize transactions in a top-tier environment.
