Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics to support offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Responsibilities

- Managing all accounting activities issued towards international third parties.
- Handling passive and active invoices in line with contractual provisions and internal procedures.
- Managing international tax compliance aspects (VAT, withholding tax, intrastat declarations, etc.).




- Scheduling invoice payments in accordance with internal payments calendar and maintaining supplier ledger cards to ensure accuracy of company records.
- Elaborating on-demand analyses and reports and performing internal controls to assure the correctness of activities performed.

Qualifications

- Education: Accounting Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics.
- Background: At least 2/3 years of experience.
- Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written English (minimum B2); knowledge of French or Portuguese is appreciated.
- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel); SAP knowledge is appreciated.
- What else should you know? Accuracy, analytical thinking, proactivity, and willingness to grow in an international and diverse environment.
