Roland Berger – Project Manager

We are looking for professionals with an impressive career of at least seven years, preferably in strategy consulting and a relevant industry position. If you have an open‑minded personality, leadership potential and impressive analytical skills, you will fit perfectly into our team.

Considering our international project environment, a solid command of the Italian language and excellent English skills are required. The role is based in our Milan and Rome offices.

Responsibilities

- Assuming responsibility for one or more projects
- Handling project management (process, budget and timelines)
- Managing client relations
- Presenting results to clients
- Coaching team members

Fluent Italian language is essential.
