This role is primarily based on site, with some flexibility to work from home where it fits operational needs.At Danfoss, your contribution has visible impact - locally and globally - supporting our mission to engineer more efficient and sustainable solutions.What You’ll Be DoingProvide hands-on, on-site IT support to colleagues, resolving incidents and requests to ensure daily operations continuitySupport workplace technologies including Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and local infrastructure for reliable user experienceTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, acting quickly to restore productivityCollaborate with central IT teams and external partners to ensure fast, high-quality resolution when escalation is neededSupport manufacturing and production-related IT systems, helping maintain stability in an industrial environmentWhat We're Looking ForSolid experience in on-site IT support within a corporate or industrial environment, including Windows and Microsoft 365Practical understanding of network connectivity and local infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs,
