Worldwide Clinical Trials in Italy is seeking a Clinical Research Associate with 2+ years of site monitoring experience. You will qualify, initiate, monitor, and close study sites, and mentor junior CRAs, ensuring protocol adherence and patient safety. The role requires a 4-year degree or RN/BSN, oncology/hematology experience, travel willingness, and proficiency with MS Office, CTMS and EDC systems. You will document findings, manage site documentation, and support data quality across trials.
