Responsibilities

- Support the definition and implementation of data governance models and processes, collecting, analysing and formalising business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities and processes for governing the enterprise information assets.
- Contribute to the implementation of initiatives related to data quality, data catalog, metadata management, data ownership, and data stewardship.
- Work with technical teams, data architects and business intelligence specialists to define functional solutions.

Technical Competencies

- Knowledge of main data governance processes and frameworks (data quality, data catalog, metadata management, data ownership).
- Ability to gather, analyse and formalise business requirements.
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordination of project activities.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions, collaborating with technical teams.
- Good knowledge of the English language.

Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Effective communication and mediation skills with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Precision and a structured approach.

Contract Type

Commercio - Tempo pieno.

Salary and Classification

Annual Gross Salary (RAL) is between € 42.000 and € 55.000 , depending on professional experience, skills possessed and level of autonomy required. The classification will be defined in application of the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi .
